Day One - Everything way above expectations.

Comfortable flight. Picked up at the airport by a pleasant driver who brought us the scenic route to our appartment beside the Pantheon.

109 stone steps to the apartment was challenging, but all the training of recent months paid off.

After settling in we joined the Sunday crowds in the streets. The restaurant next door is fantabulous and the ice cream delirious. James
